2) Eligibility & parental consent
· You must be 18+ to purchase or use our services.
· For any service involving a minor (under 18), you confirm you are their parent/legal guardian and provide verifiable parental consent for data collection and participation.
3) Account, access & fair use
· Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
· License for digital content: non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-household use. No sharing, reselling, uploading, or redistributing our content or assessment materials.
· We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or policy breaches.
4) Pricing, taxes & payments
· Prices are shown in INR and may change without notice. Applicable GST is charged where required.
· Payments are processed via PCI-DSS-compliant gateways (e.g., Easebuzz/ /UPI/cards/net-banking). We do not store full card details on our servers.
· Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
5) Shipping & delivery
Physical products (India):
• We dispatch Mon–Fri (business days), excluding public holidays.
• Typical delivery time: 3–7 business days (metro), 5–10 business days (non-metro) after dispatch.
• Tracking details are shared by email/SMS when available.
• International shipping: case-by-case; duties/taxes are borne by the recipient.
Digital products/assessments:
• Access/download links or report delivery are sent to your registered email or member portal, typically instantly or within 24 hours of successful payment, unless otherwise stated.
Sessions (consultations/workshops):
• Booking confirmation and joining details will be emailed after payment. Late arrival may shorten your session.
6) Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds
A. Physical products
• Order cancellation: possible until dispatch. After dispatch, please use the returns process below.
• Returns window: within 7 days of delivery for unused, resalable items in original packaging with all tags/seals intact.
• Not eligible: used items, items damaged due to misuse, items with tampered seals, or personalised/printed-on-demand products (unless defective).
• Defects/damage on arrival: notify us within 48 hours with unboxing photos; we’ll arrange replacement or refund (our choice) after review.
• Return shipping: customer-paid for change-of-mind returns; Acrophile-paid for verified defects/incorrect items.
• Refund timing: to the original method after we receive and inspect the return (allow 7–10 business days post-inspection).
B. Digital products & downloads
• Non-refundable once access is provided or a download link is activated (including toolkits, PDFs, e-books, pre-recorded content).
• If you face access issues, contact us; we’ll help restore access or resend links.
C. Assessments & reports (ACRO™ and related)
• Non-refundable after the assessment link is issued or the evaluation process has started, as these are made-to-order and involve expert time.
• If a technical issue prevents completion, we’ll reissue access; if we can’t, we may offer a credit at our discretion.
D. Sessions (consultations/workshops)
• Reschedule: at least 24 hours before start time (one free reschedule per booking).
• Cancellation: ≥24 hours before: 100% refund (minus gateway fees) or 100% credit. <24 hours/no-show: non-refundable.
• Group workshops/camps may have event-specific policies—see the event page.
E. Memberships/subscriptions
• Auto-renew on your chosen cycle (monthly/annual) until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues till the current paid period ends. No pro-rata refunds for partial periods.
• Intro offers/free trials renew at standard rates unless you cancel before renewal.
7) Use of assessments & disclaimers
· Our assessments and reports provide developmental insights to support parenting and education decisions. They do not diagnose medical or psychiatric conditions and do not replace professional clinical care.
· You understand that outcomes depend on multiple factors (home/school context, engagement, consistency), and no specific results are guaranteed.
8) Data protection & child privacy (India DPDP Act, 2023)
· We act as a Data Fiduciary for personal data you provide.
· For minors, we process data only with verifiable parental consent and use it strictly for assessment, reporting, delivery of services, compliance, and legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, security).
· Your rights include access, correction, deletion, and grievance redressal. Contact our Grievance/Data Officer at acrophilecentre@gmail.com.
· We retain data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
· Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers; sensitive payment data is not stored on our servers.
· We use reasonable security safeguards (encryption in transit, role-based access, logging). No method is 100% secure; you share data at your own risk.
Cookies & analytics:

11) Warranties & liability
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability/fitness for a particular purpose. Acrophile is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product/service giving rise to the claim.
12) Third-party links & platforms
We may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Zoho Bookings/Forms, payment gateways, video tools). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
13) Force majeure
We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, outages, regulatory action).
